In a heartbreaking incident in Pune, Maharashtra, a 61-year-old man reportedly took his own life by jumping from the third floor of a courthouse on Wednesday. Authorities have confirmed the details.
According to police reports, a note was discovered in the man's pocket, indicating that he may have been struggling with personal issues that led to this tragic decision. The incident occurred around 11:45 AM at the new district court building located in Shivajinagar.
An officer from the Shivajinagar police station stated that the individual, identified as Yashwant Jadhav from the Wadki area of Pune, leaped from the courthouse. Further details have not been disclosed. The elderly man was transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. An investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident is ongoing.
